1. PP/PE/PVC/EVA/PA single wall corrugated pipe machine
This production line can be used to produce corrugated pipes of PE,PP,EVA,PVC,PA continuosly.Plastic single wall corrugated pipes have features of high temperature resistance,corrosion and abrasion resistance,high intensity and good flexibility,etc.They are widely used in fields of auto wire hardness,electric thread-passing pipes,circuit of machine tool,protective of lamps and lantern wires,tubes of air conditioner and washing machine etc. 
We have normal speed single wall corrugated pipe machine.The line speed can upto 8-12m/min.
We have high speed single wall corrugated pipe machine. The line speed can upto 20-25m/min .

2.HDPE/PVC double wall corrugated pipe making machine 

This double wall corrugated pipe making machine equipped with double layer spiral structure extrusion die head.Forming machine adopts vacuum forming type.This production line can produce PP.PE etc material small diameter double wall corrugated pipe continuously and stably.
Plastic double wall corrugated pipe has the features of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength,flexibility etc. Small diameter double wall corrugated pipe is widely used in cable sheathing,pipeline sheathing,fresh air pipeline and other fileds.
