1,Automatic feeder with dryer

In order to save manpower and efficient work, each extruder is equipped with an automatic feeder which  can be set to either automatic loading or manual feeding. Automatic feeding ensures continuous production and no downtime due to lack of raw materials.On the other hand, the dryer can be kept full of materials and the drying effect will be very excellent.Automatic material loading facility to extruder hopper necessary to be included.

Constructional & Operational Features:
A,The turbo-pump will inhale the air in the autonomic material convery so that the inlet of the material and the whole system will be in vacuum.
B,The materials along with the outer air will be inhaled into the hopper through the inhaling tube.
C,The materials and the air will be separated and the material particles fall down into the hopper in the drying device that will be connected with the extruder.
D,According to the central ventilating and drying principle, the device will have to be designed. It will have high heating efficiency and will dry homogeneously.

E,Two devices will work at the same time so that the autonomic conveying and drying can be achieved.
